Sri Challa currently serves as a validation expert at Celito, where he plays a critical role in shaping Helyx Quality—a next-generation compliance automation platform designed for the evolving needs of biotech and pharmaceutical companies. His work ensures that the platform not only meets regulatory expectations but also enables faster, more efficient quality operations for growing life sciences teams. 

Prior to joining Celito, Sri led major validation initiatives at industry leaders including Gilead, Verily (Google [X] Life Sciences), and Illumina. His experience spans clinical trials, manufacturing systems, and digital health platforms, with a specialization in Computerized System Validation (CSV), Computer Software Assurance (CSA), and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. 

Sri is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor and has developed risk-based validation frameworks that have helped reduce documentation overhead by up to 40%. He has consistently driven the adoption of cloud-based tools to automate compliance functions, enhance audit readiness, and improve operational efficiency. As a peer reviewer for ISPE guidance documents, he has also contributed to advancing best practices across the regulated life sciences industry. 

Outside of his professional work, Sri enjoys traveling, cooking, and staying current on emerging trends in AI and automation.
