This month, we’re thrilled to spotlight Sunny Sandeep, our Manager of Enterprise Applications. For over three years, Sunny has played a pivotal role at Celito Tech, leading the design and implementation of innovative applications that enhance daily operations across HR, legal, medical affairs, and commercial teams. Her ability to tailor solutions with both clients and teammates in mind has made her a driving force behind our most impactful projects. 

Sunny’s work is a perfect blend of precision and practicality. Her analytical mindset and creative problem-solving simplify complex processes, making her solutions not only innovative but also deeply functional. These qualities foster seamless collaboration and ensure projects run efficiently. Her efforts have invigorated team culture by empowering others to embrace new tools and approaches with confidence. 

Sunny also brings a wealth of experience from previous roles at Ardelyx, Portola, and Pharmacyclics (an AbbVie company), where she delivered transformative solutions across medical affairs, HR, commercial operations, and portfolio management. 

Outside of work, Sunny’s passion for precision extends to the golf course, where she’s been honing her skills for over a decade. She finds joy in sharing the sport with friends and family, helping them learn the basics. At home, she loves spending time in the kitchen with her sister and parents, experimenting with new recipes and creating cherished memories. Her love of travel takes her across the globe with friends, immersing herself in diverse cultures and cuisines. When she’s not traveling, Sunny enjoys exploring new restaurants and discovering unique culinary experiences.
