Cyber Sentinel: Ethan Grammer’s Transition from National Security to Corporate Safeguarding

Meet Ethan Grammer, our Information Security Lead at Celito. He ensures robust security measures for our Client initiatives, including risk management, data protection, comprehensive monitoring, and incident response. With his extensive cybersecurity engineering, operations, and team management background, Ethan’s strategic leadership and expertise safeguard our data and communications from potential threats.

Ethan’s journey into the world of cybersecurity was shaped by a remarkable career at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where he ran offensive cybersecurity operations. While in the government, his critical role as the Team Lead on the President’s travel team saw him managing on-site cybersecurity and secure communications for the President across the globe. Before his tenure at the CIA, Ethan honed his skills at the National Security Agency (NSA), specializing in cyber forensics investigations, where he developed advanced techniques for identifying and mitigating security breaches. His experience at these agencies equips him with a unique perspective and deep understanding of threat landscapes, enabling him to effectively protect Celito’s clients’ data and infrastructure, enhancing the overall resilience of organizations against cyber threats.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Ethan now resides in Florida, bringing his expertise and dedication to Celito. Outside of his professional life, Ethan enjoys boating and fishing, traveling, and passionately supports all of Boston’s sports teams. His commitment to excellence both at work and in his personal life makes him a valued member of our team.
