Evelyn Nieto - Building Structured Solutions Through Purposeful Growth

This month, we are pleased to recognize Evelyn Nieto for her continued growth at Celito.

Evelyn joined Celito in November 2022 as a Junior Business Analyst. Through consistent performance, strong execution, and a thoughtful approach to stakeholder engagement, she was promoted to Senior Business Analyst in 2025 and most recently to Manager in 2026. Her progression reflects both her individual contribution and the trust she has earned across teams and clients.

Evelyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia Communications and has further strengthened her professional foundation through training in UX Design, Design Thinking, and Project Management. She began her career in user-centered design, developing a disciplined approach to problem solving and process improvement.

Her experience expanded into e-commerce administration and operations management, where she led business operations, optimized workflows, and implemented structured process improvements. This background naturally positioned her for Business Analysis, where she translates complex business needs into structured, scalable solutions. Evelyn consistently aligns stakeholders, clarifies requirements, and ensures that technology initiatives are delivered with efficiency and purpose. Her user-centered mindset strengthens both internal collaboration and client outcomes.

Outside of work, Evelyn enjoys Pilates, piano, photography and design, and solving sudoku puzzles.
