Narendra Uddaraju leads with a sharp focus on building secure, scalable, and future-ready networks. As Infrastructure Networking Manager at Celito, he guides cross-functional teams and oversees project delivery across diverse environments. His structured, process-driven approach shaped by extensive work with pharma and biotech clients ensuring that every solution is both robust and meticulously documented.

With over thirteen years of experience in infrastructure networking, Narendra has worked across a wide range of setups, from enterprise-grade data centers with 250+ racks to smaller business environments. He designs with stability, redundancy, and security at the core, always keeping scalability and troubleshooting in mind. His commitment to clear documentation supports long-term operational clarity and seamless knowledge transfer.

Before joining Celito, Narendra spent several years in technical and leadership roles, steadily advancing his expertise in complex network environments. He holds a master’s degree from California State University and a broad range of certifications, including CCNA, CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA CySA+. He thrives on collaboration whether across internal teams or with external partners and actively keeps pace with emerging tools and smarter infrastructure strategies.

Outside of work, Narendra is an active community leader. As the Community and Service Project Chair at his local Rotary Club, he helps organize charity events and service initiatives. He also shares his experience with students worldwide, delivering talks on tech careers and personal growth. In his downtime, he enjoys reading about technology, leadership, and self-development, and passes that knowledge on through mentoring and speaking engagements.
