With more than 15 years of experience in IT and over three years with the company, Nicholas plays a key role in delivering secure, scalable solutions for clients while strengthening Celito’s internal capabilities.
In his role, Nicholas leads infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives that help organizations navigate complex technical environments with confidence. He oversees client engagements and shapes technical strategy with a hands-on, practical approach. He ensures that systems remain resilient, secure, and aligned with both business objectives and regulatory requirements. His expertise in cybersecurity risk management continues to support clients in operating with greater clarity and assurance.
Nicholas built his career across a wide range of IT disciplines, including infrastructure, systems, and end-user technologies. This broad experience allows him to connect technical execution with strategic outcomes. He consistently translates complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions that deliver measurable value for clients and teams.
Beyond his technical contributions, Nicholas plays an important role in strengthening team performance and collaboration. Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys building and fixing things, whether working on IT systems or tackling projects at home. Originally from the Caribbean, he brings a strong sense of community and balance to his work and leadership style. He also spends much of his time with his two young sons, who keep him active and reinforce the curiosity and problem-solving mindset he applies every day.
