Blending Data and Design: Meet Danika Gallano

Danika Gallano’s journey at Celito shows how technical expertise and creativity can go hand in hand. She joined the Celito team last year as a Data Analytics Intern, quickly advanced to a consultant role, and grew into her current position as a full-time Data Analytics Engineer. In this role, Danika focuses on building data pipelines and dashboards that help transform information into actionable insights. Beyond her analytics work, she also applies her creative eye to media and marketing visuals that strengthen the Celito brand. 

Danika is a graduate of San Jose State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. Her academic background gave her a strong foundation in technology and business, which she now blends seamlessly with her creative skills to bring fresh perspective and versatility to her projects. 

Outside of Celito, Danika enjoys bringing the same balance of structure and creativity into her personal life. She loves cooking and making café-style drinks, often experimenting with new recipes. Her artistic side shines through in drawing, calligraphy, and crafting clay charms. To stay active, she dedicates time to lifting at the gym and practicing Pilates, keeping wellness at the center of her lifestyle.
