From Manufacturing to Quality Leadership
Adrienne’s Journey

Adrienne brings over 17 years of experience in quality and manufacturing, spanning both biologics and small molecules. She began her career as a Manufacturing Operator but soon discovered her long-term path in Quality. There, she developed deep cross-functional expertise, contributing to Deviation and CAPA management, Change Control, Product Complaints, Inspection Readiness, and KPI development.
Her impact has been especially significant in supporting regulatory success. Adrienne played a key role in the global approval and commercialization of three biologics, bringing together her operational insight and quality systems acumen to ensure launch readiness. Over the past five years, she has focused on designing and implementing sustainable, scalable quality systems that align with both compliance requirements and business growth.
Adrienne holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University. She brings a balance of structure, adaptability, and forward thinking to every initiative she leads.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Adrienne lives with her husband and two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, organizing, listening to podcasts, and reading memoirs—while navigating the delightful chaos that comes with raising a 7- and 4-year-old.
